How is Edex® Different?

Edex (alprostadil for injection) is an injectable option for men who do not respond to, or are not candidates for, oral erectile dysfunction therapy.1 Edex is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction due to neurogenic, vasculogenic, psychogenic, or mixed etiology.

You can count on Edex to be a reliable and effective choice: swim

  • FDA-approved — with more than 10 years of patient experience
  • Fast-acting — onset in 5 to 20 minutes and lasting up to one hour
  • Easy to Use — comes in pre-measured, single dose cartridges
  • Convenient — no refrigeration required

Edex is not a cure for erectile dysfunction (ED). The underlying treatable medical causes should be diagnosed and treated prior to initiation of therapy. The effects of Edex are temporary.

You are Not Alone

The National Institutes of Health estimates that ED affects as many as 30 million men in the United States.2 The condition is common and can be caused by many health-related issues, including:

  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Diabetes
  • Neurological problems
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Drug side effects, e.g. antihypertensives, antidepressants

Talk to you doctor to see if Edex is right for you.
